Just before I went completely broke getting my hands on Kylie Cosmetics' new Kyshadow and the  Matte Liquid Lipstick Dolce K, I had a little shopping spree on for a few things I need to top up on or replace. If you're a regular around here then you'll know that I adore Sephora and whenever I get the chance to visit one I relish it. Sephora stores, however, don't always have all the brands that I like e.g. Too Faced, so it's always more fun receiving all the things I like through the post instead. But this time I went for Sleek, Benefit and a gem from the Sephora Collection itself.

Starting with Sleek, I've been looking for a new blush for a while and since Sephora's Collection Blush is sold out (thanks to Kylie Jenner of course), so I went for this gorgeous peach shade in Sleek's little, compact black palette. I very little blush normally so the size is perfect for me, and hardly takes up any space in my makeup bag. It's only £4.99 and has the perfect pigmentation paired with my Real Techniques Multi-task brush; my shade is called 'Life's A Peach' and is in a collection of 10 other gorgeous colours.

Another Sleek product that I've been dying to try is their highlight palette range, in which I chose Precious Metals. As much as I loved the look of the Solstice Palette, the most talked about Sleek product in ages, but I personally wouldn't know what to do with a Purple highlighter other than use it as an eyeshadow. The formula however, is the same throughout the range, and is utterly mesmerising. The Precious Metals palette has some the perfect neutral tones and nudes, and a gorgeous white shimmer for an inner corner highlight. Well worth a try!

I'm still on the look out for my favourite pressed powder whilst I decide whether or not to start using loose powders (but we all know I'll end up getting both somehow). So, I decided to try out Sephora Collection's Pressed Face Powder in Beige which has been wonderful so far. It's around £20 so it's one of the more expensive Sephora Collection items, but it appears to be paying off so far. Eventually I'd like to try Laura Mercier's loose setting powder to set my makeup, as it's probably the most raved about powder so far this year and last.

My last pickup needs no introduction as its a primer that almost everyone I know just loves. The Porefesional by Benefit Cosmetics is a primer my best friend swears by and one that has been long overdue to add to my makeup collection. I was previously using L'Oreal's Infallible Primer, but this is just a cut above the rest, I cannot believe its taking my this long to get my hands on it!

This time around I chose some really gorgeous samples to go along side my order, and it's just another reason why I love Sephora. YSL's Mon Paris is just such a beautiful scent, getting the sample has only confirmed to me that I need to get it. Clinique have always been one of my favourite skincare brands, so it was a no brainer to pick up their 3 step skincare program; as well as their new Beyond Perfecting foundation

What have you recently picked up at Sephora? What are your current makeup must haves?
