The Body Shop is one of the most reliable places you can go to get natural, amazing smelling skincare, body and beauty products. In fact, I visit my local Body Shop as often as I can to see what new products and ranges are being promoted there. This week I purchased some of my favourite items in the Vitamin E and Camomile ranges (my favourites by far) and so far I'm not at all disappointed. These ranges focus on calming the skin and gently hydrating your face. I love them.

I've heard amazing things about the Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet and cheekily try a sample of it every time I shop at the Body Shop (typical me). Unlike most moisturisers, the 'sorbet' like texture is soothing, really absorbing and light. Akin to the Vitamin E range theme, the sorbet is a beautiful pink colour and comes in a posh little glass jar; it's love at first sight. The lightness of the cream makes it great for a morning moisture boost, and according to all the staff at the Body Shop (they wouldn't stop promoting it to me) it's fantastic under your foundation. The Aqua Sorbet provides 24hr moisture which is far longer than most moisturisers I've used. I'll let you know if it lives up to it's reputation. Already tried it? Let me know what you think.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Sorbet - £12

I was about to write 'another raved about product' when I realised all three of these little gems are very popular in the skincare department so I won't waste another 25 characters. If you're familiar with their Camomile Oil Cleanser (which is yet again, very popular) then this 'sumptuous cleansing butter' is, you could say, it's little sister. I must say, however, that I much prefer this to the oil; they both remove makeup effortlessly but the butter just feels so much more soothing and doesn't irritate my eyes like the oil does.

Never used a cleansing balm before? This is the perfect product to get you started; the industry heavy weights like Eve Lom's Cleansing Balm or the Moringa Cleansing Balm by Emma Hardie are the much more expensive alternatives, and I think once you're accustomed to using the Body Shops Camomile dupe, you may want to purchase these of the more expensive options if you find that balms are for you.

On a side note, I was carefully taking notes whilst watching one of Lisa Eldridge's skincare videos where she was talking about her favourite cleansing balms. Lisa of course mentioned Eve Lom's legendary balm (and the body shops camomile balm, yay!), but she also recommended a dupe of the the balm from Boots in their Botanics range. The 97% Organic Hot Cloth Cleansing Balm, is fast becoming very popular thanks to Lisa and other bloggers/vloggers mentioning it as a super budget beauty buy. I'd check it out if I were you, I definitely want to get my hands on some!

My final buy was a repurchase of one of my favourite serums. The Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-Oil is a genius product that hydrates, smooths and protects the skin; it is perfect for all skin types. I find it especially essential in the winter months as it does wonders for dry, dehydrated skin without blocking your pores. It is also magically able to reduce signs of blemishes and perfectly even out your skin. It's such a wonderful serum for an amazing price.I also think this is a cheaper alternative to the Ren Rose O12 Ultra-Moisture Serum.
Let me know what you thought of these pretty little Body Shop purchases, I think they're great and so affordable. If you shop at the Body Shop I'd love to know what products you like to buy too.
