I do so much beauty shopping around this time of year, and not just as gifts for people, so without really noticing it all ends up mounted up on my desk for review at the end of the week - in need of photographing, reviewing and and then eventual using. With only 4 days until Christmas (eeeekkkk 😝) you may still need to shop for some gifts for your loved ones (or yourself) or just take advantage of the Winter festive sales. What are your recent beauty additions for winter?

Kickstarting this quick winter haul, I have a couple of Seventeen items that I am loving at the moment and they couldn't have come at a better time. For the Christmas season, we all have at least one party that we get glam for; I have a new years party coming up and would love to get my lips poppin' for the occasion. The Seventeen All Out Pout Lip Palette* in 'Woo Me' is the perfect versatile all-in-one lip gloss bar that you can do so many looks with. I am so exited to play around with this when getting glam for the holidays.

I've also been trying out their Lip Lustre Gloss* in 'Polished', which is not just an ordinary clear gloss. I love to use this on top of a matte liquid lipstick if I want to switch up my look, but it also looks great on its own. For just £3.99, this gloss won't budge and gives you a tasteful polished look for some gorgeous looking lips.

Bodycare is always important, especially in winter when your skin needs a little extra comfort and care. Lotions and creams are definitely top of my beauty agenda at the moment, and I've been loving & Other Stories Beauty for some help with that. The Sardonyx Fire Body Lotion* - whilst it sounds like something from Harry Potter - is what I would say to be a perfectly scented moisture blast for the skin. With it's dark musty tones of vanilla, amber and hints of bloom, this hydrating body lotion hits the spot. It's lightweight, yet packs in the moisturising punch.

Of the same gorgeous scent, I've also been addicted to my Sardonyx Fire Roll On Perfume*; stronger, of course, than the lotion, I just love it's sultry, beautiful smell that stays on for hours. I've not really used any roll on perfumes before but I love the concept and will definitely be trying out some more, they're so much more practical and far less wasteful.

I feel like I'm one of those people who've been sleeping on Kiko a little bit, having never really explored their products at all even though I live right close to two of their stores. So recently (and finally...) I went into one of them and had a quick look around. The first thing that caught my eye was their Lasting Gel Eyeliner that I'd heard great things about, and since I needed a new black eyeliner, it was a no brainer to pick this one up. So far it's worked really well for me, as a lover of the classic winged liner, this has been ideal.

Around July/August time, Kim Kardashian (and the Kardashian's as a collective) revealed some of her most loved and used drug store products and I was most certainly one of those people to thoroughly study a plethora of articles covering said products. One of which was Kiko's Pure Clean Scrub&Peel Wipes. Since that was announced, these wipes have been selling out and are still sold out on the Kiko site, so I highly recommend finding your nrearest store instead.

For me these wipes are perfect for when I absolutely have to exfoliate after a long day at uni, but have very little time/energy to do so. One side of the wipe has a beaded surface for exfoliating and the other is a smooth, soothing surface for extra, scrub-free cleansing. I've not had one breakout from using this product and have nothing but kind words to say about it. Definitely gets my vote 👍

Don't miss out on the last minute Christmas offers I've mentioned in todays post, so even if you're still stuck for what to buy, there is hope! What are your recent beauty additions for winter? Tried any of mine?
